Donated Goods Lead Processor

The Lead Processor is expected to maintain a high level of productivity and ensure that all items processed are sellable and in good condition. This role requires a strong focus on safety and security, as well as adherence to agency policies and training programs. In addition to leading the production team, the Lead Processor will assist with tracking and ordering supplies, as well as performing inventory data entry. The position demands a proactive approach to cleaning, sorting, tagging, and hanging sellable items in a timely manner, ensuring that established TAKT times are met. The Lead Processor will also conduct Backroom Audits to ensure that safety and security goals are achieved, and will be responsible for applying accurate labels to goods, including proper descriptions and pricing.
