About the project:
This 50-minute adaptation of Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet is an educational partnership. Created for 11th-grade students, the performance combines the story of Shakespeare’s classic play with orchestral selections from Tchaikovsky's and Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet Suites. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of this educational collaboration that will bring professional theatre to students across Southwest Florida.

No roles will be understudied.
PREPARATION:
Prepare a brief Shakespeare or classical monologue of your choosing.
First Rehearsal: September 2, 2026
Performances: September 9-10, 2026
An Equity Monitor will not be provided. The producer will run all aspects of this audition.
