Job title Game Master Company South Beach Room Escape Job location 235 Lincoln Road, Miami Beach, FL 33139 Remote work allowed: No Pay and Benefits $15.00 per hour Job Type Part-time Job description Attention Stage/Screen Actors, Comedians, and other Creatives, Our team here at South Beach Room Escape is in search of our next Game Master! This position will add energy and animation, allowing us to deliver thrilling thematic experiences to our customers. The Game Master’s responsibilities include: Welcoming guests by explaining rules/guidelines of the game and setting the scene for their adventure Monitoring guests remotely, assisting them as needed with clues and hints Debriefing guests Taking pictures of guest groups Guest services, including booking reservations and processing payment Serving packaged snacks or refreshments from our beer and wine bar (alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages) Sanitizing and resetting the rooms between groups We are looking for applicants with key qualifications: Superior customer service skills Exceptional communication skills Strong time management skills Organized and ability to multitask Detail-oriented Optimistic, Energetic, Personable, and Friendly Additional requirements include: Flexible scheduling ability (as this is a part-time position, Game Master’s will be needed on weekends and occasional weeknights) At minimum a high school graduate SBRE is an exciting and light-hearted environment, where our staff delivers memorable and exciting experiences for our guests.
