Manager will be entrusted with Cooper & Cooper’s outstanding reputation and will be responsible for answering phones, handling client inquiries, educating customers on the rental process, managing residential deals, processing paperwork, establishing / building rapport, interacting with agents and landlords, ensuring a top-notch customer experience and a variety of other day-to-day management functions.
