If you're available occasionally during the week, that will help supplement the weekend money. We ourselves, are already trained on how to paint and make balloons, but painting is a skill/talent that one should already have when applying for this gig. If you're not a friendly person, or if you're not already available on the weekends, this is not for you. The higher pay is for an artist dressed as a clown for face painting and balloons. The ideal artist would be very skilled at painting, have a flexible schedule during the week and availability every weekend, and would be centrally located in Houston.
