The role will cover a wide range of responsibilities including: -Organization of all aspects of the business -Identifying good screenplays that can be adapted into Audio dramas -Creating and managing a talent pool of voice-over actors. -Work with writers, adapting plays, screenplays and tv series into an audio-only format -Producing audio segments and advertorials (Knowledge of Logic, Adobe audition, Premiere a plus!) -Organizing cast and table reads and serving as a line producer/UPM on projects. -Shooting basic "Behind the scenes" video with phone or small handheld cameras (provided by company) -Pitch projects to agencies, production companies, and studios -Fundraising initiatives Ideally, the right candidate will be a writer, producer themselves who can lend their abilities to script development and execution. Front end pay with back end participation of profits.
