Job Summary: As part of the Flora-Bama team, the Facility Attendant plays a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities include performing essential cleaning tasks such as taking out the trash, cleaning restrooms, and maintaining a secure and pleasant atmosphere for all guests. Essential Qualifications and Experience: • Previous experience in a high-volume environment, such as schools, hospitals, or restaurants, is a plus. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, peers, and management. • Ability to work in a warm/hot environment, handling both outdoor and indoor tasks.
