Theatre Introductory Acting instructors will lead one or more sections of a foundational acting class, exploring the basic techniques of imagination, concentration, character development, and script analysis through work on monologues, scenes, and plays. Additional assignments in undergraduate theatre and acting coursework may be assigned based on enrollment needs and lecturer experience and performance. This course is offered in-person with two 80-minute class meetings per week. Specific meeting times and formats vary by assignment and are dependent on demand and availability.
