Skills and Qualifications: · Must be at least 16 years of age, by 8/15 · Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform job duties · Must maintain a positive attitude and working environment · Must be able to cooperate with other staff · Must be able to comply with Six Flags policy and standards · Must be able to handle stress · Must be able to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions · Must have strong work ethic and communication skills · Must be available for rehearsals/trainings starting in September · Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays · Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions · Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude · Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
