The Ghost Tour Actor/Guide must have a good sense of fun and a desire to entertain while narrating a script of Charleston's ghoulish past. Requirements: Essential Functions • Present historically accurate information in an entertaining manner in costume, on a moving vehicle on busy streets and outdoors in various weather conditions, several times a work shift, in a loud audible voice with or without amplification to be heard from everywhere in the vehicle. • Present the cost of tours and attractions based on the company's pricing system. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Ability to work independently over long periods of time or as part of a team within the scope of established rules and regulations • Ability to read, write and speak fluent English in order to communicate with co-workers and the general public • Ability to learn stage direction and memorize historical details provided in a scripted story and relay scripted stories in an entertaining manner.
