When Lyla asks her longtime college friends to “background check” a guy she met on a dating app, disguised as a casual group hang, the night quickly becomes less about him and more about the secrets and unspoken dynamics within the group itself. Season One will be released as a short-form narrative web series across digital platforms. The project is led by the founders of Campfire Films, former Artistic Directors of The Nerve Theatre, with over a decade of experience in actor-driven, character-focused storytelling.
