Featuring 61 luxury rooms and suites, we are a luxury boutique hotel situated in the upscale suburb of Montecito, in Santa Barbara. We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Group Sales & Events Agent to join our Sales Department team. Duties include, but are not limited to: \\- Be person of contact for corporate and group clients \\- Provide site tours \\- Prepare proposals for group block inquiries \\- Create and overseeing contracts \\- Create and overseeing group blocks \\- Provide concierge service \\- Respond to corporate and group phone calls and emails \\- Book corporate and group reservations \\- Settle group accounts \\- Setup, taking down, and servicing event space \\- Perform a seamless guest arrival process, collecting and confirming pertinent guest information and addressing all requests in a thoughtful and gracious manner. \\- Assist Front Desk as needed Applicants should be comfortable working at a fast pace in a very detail- oriented environment, and take pride in the quality of their work.
