Growing Fintech Media Biz Seeking Part-Time EA & Office Manager

Fintech Nexus is hiring a part-time Executive Assistant & Office Manager. This is the perfect opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week Monday through Thursday, and open to taking on extra hours during peak event season as needed. Compensation: $20-30 an hour, contingent with experience. Your day-to-day activities will include: *Executive Team Support Email and calendar support Executive travel planning *Industry/ Vendor Research *Other Administrative Tasks *Office Maintenance Maintain clean, organized, and well- stocked office *Manage relationships with office vendors IT Water Cleaning Grocery & Supplies *Oversee office special events All-staff meetings Birthdays Meetups Team lunches/ dinners/ happy hours Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years professional experience Highly proficient in G Suite applications Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides Proficient in Excel and Excel shortcuts Demonstrated knowledge and experience with data set manipulation Comfortable in an exciting high-growth environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines Character traits we are looking for: You are a proactive problem solver You have great attention to detail You are extremely organized You’re a hustler You’re a team player You’re authorized to work in the USA Primary Applications & Systems: Google Workspace Slack DropBox Salesforce/Pardot Canva Amazon Web Services At Fintech Nexus we are committed to living out our core values.
