The Role

We're hiring a field sales lead to expand our hardware deployments into construction, mining, agriculture, and industrial heavy machinery. This is a boots-on-the-ground role — you'll be meeting contractors and operators on-site and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Responsibilities

• Meet contractors, fleet operators, and procurement leads on-site at job sites and equipment yards

• Build and manage a pipeline across construction, mining, farming, and industrial accounts

• Own the sales cycle end to end: prospecting, scoping, negotiation, and close

• Work with our technical team to scope deployments and onboard customers

• Meet and exceed revenue targets

Requirements

• Proven track record selling into construction, mining, agriculture, industrial equipment, or related heavy industries

• Experience with field sales and complex, relationship-driven sales cycles

• Self-starter able to build a territory from scratch

• Based in or willing to relocate to Mountain View, CA, with significant travel

• Conversational Spanish ability

Compensation

$80,000 base + commission
