Haunted House of Hamburgers is seeking a fun, outgoing, and organized Guest Entertainment Actor and Host to help create an exciting and memorable dining experience.
This position combines front-of-house hosting responsibilities with interactive character performance during our themed and holiday events. The ideal candidate is expressive, dependable, comfortable performing in costume, and passionate about providing exceptional hospitality to guests of all ages.
Responsibilities:
Perform as a holiday-themed character (when there is an active pop up)
Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, upbeat, and engaging manner
Pose for photos and create memorable moments for families and groups
Maintain character and professionalism throughout the shift
Work alongside staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older
Comfortable wearing a costume and performing in character
Strong communication skills and outgoing personality
Ability to engage guests in a fun, family-friendly way
Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
Use the POS system to manage reservations and track guest information.
Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to coordinate guest needs.
Answer questions about menu items, specials, events, and restaurant policies.
Address guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
Help maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Collaborate with the restaurant team to provide a smooth, entertaining, and positive guest experience.
Acting, theater, improv, or character performance experience is a plus (not required)

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
