Operation of specific parts and zones inside the haunted house as well as street entertainingVarious daily cleaning duties within the attractionSome positions require scanning of guest tickets, giving rules and guidelines of the house and general customer service before a guest enters the attraction Must be at least 18 years of ageStrong guest service skills and the ability to know when to jump out of character to help a guestAbility to communicate effectively and appropriately with guests, coworkers and managementAbility to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidaysAbility to move up and down stairs and move quickly from one part to the next. You will be on your feet a lot of your shiftMust be reliable and able to get to your scheduled shift on time. You must have time to do makeup and costumeMust get along well with others and have an eagerness to learn the parts of the haunted house.
