Casting "Helplessness Blues," a student film. Synopsis: Jo, an artist stuck working for a tyrannical liquor store owner, finds a newfound sense of inspiration when her work-life routine is suddenly upended. Struggling to maintain a balance between intense mundanity and the sudden onset of creative and surreal artistic visions, Jo must make a choice: break the cycle here and now, or face a life of unfulfilling blue-collar monotony. The question she has to ask herself, is Will she be able to find herself in these bursts of inspiration, or will her inner artist drown in a booze-filled sea of ambivalence?
