• Work directly on the production floors to expedite production of custom garments as well as with master tailors to coordinate the altering and finishing of clothing to meet the customers needs. • Deliver above-and-beyond customer service through in person, phone, and email interaction with customers. • Participate in the sales and delivery process with customers, master tailors and company principals. • Terrific organizational, people skills, and time management skills. • A passion for men's clothing and men's fashion and delivering outstanding customer service
