Ability to teach various styles is desired - ballet, tap, jazz, musical theatre, contemporary, music, etc) Degree in Dance/Performing Arts or Equivalent Certification a plus Professional performance work history a plus Early education units and first aid/cpr certification a plus Proof of vaccination or letter of attestation required EXPERIENCE: Experience teaching a variety of styles, ages and levels Has experience in various work environments; private studios, competition, performance groups and/or schools (please provide references) Creating choreography for recitals and music editing Professional performance history a plus CHARACTER: Must be reliable, presentable, professional and trustworthy Must have a positive attitude & outgoing personality that motivates and inspires students Is a good self starter and also works well as part of a team Absolutely must love children and the craft of teaching!
