I need to be in it, I need to be moving around the room, I need to be moving and speaking the story aloud. And that's when it hit me... what if I hired a writer, that can type _wicked- fast,_ and is still up for collaborating as we go along. It's about having a back-board to bounce my ideas off of, and probably the most important thing that I'm looking for is someone to feed off of my enthusiasm. Obvi, there's got to be a sense of trust in one another, and I think I'll be able to discern that rather quickly with the hoops I'm going to be putting the applicants through. It's not about writing the right answers, it's to see if that synergy is possible when folks come together to doing something creative!
