For example, if we believe that an apartment complex is engaging in racial discrimination, we'll hire a white person to contact the complex and ask if anything is available. If we find that an apartment complex has established a pattern of discrimination, we'll file a complaint against them. After the training is completed, testers may be offered assignments.
