We are looking for charismatic and dynamic **Servers** , **Bartenders** , **Hosts** , **Bussers** & **Runners** to join our restaurant who enjoy making people happy — with the help of tequila and tacos! ****To apply, reply to this post with your resume/experience: _**Qualified Servers will have:**_ * Ability to multi- task various floor responsibilities while placing an emphasis on hospitality * 2 years’ experience in high volume restaurant preferred * Strong leadership skills, ability to communicate clearly and respectfully * Strong beverage knowledge including cocktails, beer, and classic wines _**Qualified Bartenders will have:**_ * 3+ years bartending experience in a busy/high volume restaurant * Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails, recipes & all major spirit categories * Strong knowledge of beers, styles, flavor profiles * Ability to multi-task various responsibilities while maintaining a meticulous workstation * Previous restaurant experience includes high volume _**Qualified Hosts will have:**_ * Confidence, poise, and precision * Sincere sense of hospitality and warm engaging personality * Genuine nature, able to comfortably engage in natural dialogue with guests * Exacting attention to the cleanliness of the host area and its surrounding environment * Ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm _**Qualified Bussers will have:**_ * 1+ year of experience in a busy restaurant * Ability to multi-task various floor responsibilities - including table marking, table re-sets & general table maintenance * Detail orientated work ethics with a focus on cleanliness * Ability to take direction and react to changing priorities _**Qualified Food Runners will have:**_ * 1-2 years’ experience running food in a busy restaurant * Ability to react quickly to direction and instruction from chefs and management * Basic understanding of culinary terms, methods, and practices * Ability to describe food clearly & articulately describe food _El Vez is an equal opportunity employer.
