We're producing a commercial for a home building company and are looking for an actor (male or female), age 30–45 for a one-day shoot.
The role is straightforward: you'll be on camera speaking directly to the audience in a talking-head format. No complex blocking. Talent should come across as warm, grounded, and easy to trust.
Think real person, not polished spokesperson.
The final cut will be used in two ways: as a corporate brand commercial and in store-specific variations for 5–10 locations across the Southeast.
Usage: Southeastern US / 1 month

Natural, conversational on-camera presence
A relatable, approachable look that fits a home-building audience
Comfort speaking to camera without feeling performative
