Human Resources Generalist (Recruitment & Onboarding)

Reports to: Director of Human Resources Compensation: $58,500 - $63,500 plus benefits THE ORGANIZATION The Guthrie Theater engages exceptional theater artists in the exploration of both classic and contemporary plays connecting the community we serve to one another and to the world. This role’s primary responsibilities include talent recruitment, acquisition, and onboarding, applying the Guthrie’s recruitment and staffing strategies to source, attract and engage an effective, diverse and committed workforce for the Guthrie. The Human Resources Generalist also serves as a leader of the Guthrie’s organizational safety initiatives and helps ensure employees are working safely and reporting any injuries in a timely manner.
