As his well-meaning coworkers encourage him to "be himself" at the company picnic, what unfolds is a familiar coming-out story… until it isn't. I AM ROB playfully asks: Why are we so quick to assign identities to each other? How do we define our humanity? And what does truly belonging look like when everyone is accepted?
