Casting three main leads who will each serve a vital role in a sort of love triangle. Logline: A landlord, emotionally shackled to his apartment building and plagued by laziness, meets his muse in an ambitious tenant, but when she isn’t enough to save him from himself, their relationship dissolves into frustration and fear.
