Lab Representative

Elevate Digital Optics (EDO), an independent, doctor-owned optical lab based in Dallas, TX, is hiring a Lab Representative to lead sales and business development efforts across a variety territories. Key Responsibilities • Build relationships with independent optometry practices and optical shops. • Assist with customer service coverage when in the lab (especially during training). Preferred: • Experience with lenses, labs, or working in/with optical practices • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM • ABO certification or clinical optical experience is a plus Most of our customers come to us by word of mouth, and they stay because we make their jobs easier.
