The Christmas Monsters are the supernatural creatures unleashed by Helen and her warlock son Nefarion. Performers bring to life 3–5 unique monster types inspired by holiday magic, dark fairy-tale energy, and the eerie realm of the Veil of Echoes. These roles are highly physical, expressive, and movement-driven, with opportunities for creature sounds, stylized movement, mask work, and character-based improv. Some monsters appear as warped reflections of the Johnson family, adding depth and mystery to the supernatural world. Ensemble members may portray multiple creature forms throughout the show.
