A teleprompter is provided, so no advance memorization is needed. The focus is on natural delivery, curiosity, skepticism, reactions, fourth-wall breaks, and comic timing. Comfort with sarcasm, light verbal ad-libbing, and occasional profanity required.
Each episode’s visual comedy is fully scripted, using things like wardrobe changes in between cuts and continuity gags to build on or play against the topic. This includes pre-planned partial or full nudity to play as a counterpoint to the delivery of the comedic lines script, with each episode using this differently. Full script, exact looks, and performance requirements are shared and discussed before accepting an episode.
Episodes use a solo-presenter format with no other performers on camera. All experience levels welcome to apply.
