Joe is late 20’s early 30’s. He’s a high school drop out that is punk-rock but has an exaggerated stoner demeanor and speaks like a surfer dude. He works at the gas station down the road. He’s really funny without trying so must have comedic timing. The voice could be like Crush from finding Nemo, doesn’t have to be exact but that’s the vibe.
