The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities and skills: Emotional Range – Ability to portray a broad spectrum of emotions, from aggression and defiance to vulnerability and fear, with authenticity and conviction. Understanding of Inmate Behavior – Basic knowledge of the psychological and social dynamics found in correctional facilities, or the ability to quickly adapt to and portray realistic inmate behaviors in a training environment. Comfort in a High-Pressure Environment – Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while staying in character.
