Ideal candidates are: Comfortable interacting with children and families; friendly, energetic, and reliable; able to stay in character and improvise basic conversations; comfortable wearing character costumes and themed attire; punctual and professional; theater, improv, cosplay, dance, or performance experience is a plus, but not required.
