She has a good soul and positive outlook, but she bears the weight of carrying a deep secret - she's a decaying zombie. This makes her a shy and anxious person. Frances is absolutely smitten with Clark; he brings life back into her. But she is also hesitant to reveal the decaying side of herself and embrace all of what she is with him.
