We are casting a relatable and friendly actress to play a homeowner in a residential commercial for a home services company.
The role involves interacting with a technician in everyday home situations such as:
• Greeting the technician at the door
• Standing with the technician while they explain a solution
• Natural reaction shots inside the home (kitchen, living room)
The performance should feel natural and authentic rather than theatrical.
This role has no dialogue and focuses on natural reactions and homeowner interactions.
Talent Requirements: There are no lines to deliver. The actress should be comfortable on camera and able to portray a natural homeowner presence during interactions with a technician. Previous on-camera experience is preferred but not required.
Wardrobe: Wardrobe should reflect a clean, comfortable homeowner look. Examples: casual blouse or sweater, jeans or casual pants, neutral colors. Avoid logos and busy patterns.
