The youngest of the three survivors — a quiet, observant young man who carries the weight of his father’s teachings like a religion. He desperately clings to rules and routine as a way to ward off fear, but beneath that surface is a mind fraying from sleep deprivation, guilt, and dissociation. He experiences sleepwalking episodes where dreams, memories, and hallucinations blend into each other. These episodes reveal both his psychological fragility and his intuition; he senses things before the others do, but he doubts himself constantly. Hudson is driven by equal parts fear and hope — fear that he is losing his mind and hope that his father left him something meaningful.
