A self-willed news "stringer" who lives out of an old sedan, which is piled high with half-broken camera equipment. Sonny's character, as the film progresses and the stakes rise, slowly succumbs to a "vampiric" quality. They sleep all day and go out at night. "Blood" is replaced with liquor and drugs, and the victims of a selfish act slowly rise. Production states: "As you will see in the script, the role is written for a male, but we are opening up the role to everyone!"
