Skye is a 19 yr old girl just trying to make it out of her city. She suffers a bit from insecurity in relation to her talent, only ever having been praised by men for her looks. Her mother also has had a drug issue for most, if not all, of her life so there is a piece of her that keeps looking for love in the wrong places. It's most likely why she is currently in a situationship with a slightly older guy who doesn't respect her the way she should be. Skye lives with her aunt and shares a room with her best friend, Kaia, whose own mother kicked her out.
