A mother has to make the ultimate decision to give up her daughter to a foster care parent because she is unable to properly provide for her child. She is putting her child through inhumane living conditions and starvation, unable to make ends meet. There is really no choice for the daughter to have any hope unless she gives her up. The daughter is unhealthy, sickly, and will not survive very long in this condition.
