Early 20s, Jack is an extrovert and an externally happy person. Jack is a dreamer. He has goals and wants in life, but he would rather just stay in his comfort zone because the thought of being uncomfortable or in pain isn't worth the potential of growth. Jack knows he is not happy in his situation, but he will stay in the same place for his entire life. Because the thought of growing up is worse than taking a risk on something that could work out.
