This role will require Figure skating and scenes of extreme confrontation and inner turmoil from an actress who has experience with dark thrillers/dramas. Anna, a young figure skater just past her prime for competitive international competition, now co-manages her local ice rink with her ex-AHL hockey player husband, who has severe anger issues and jealousy problems. Feeling trapped in this relationship, Anna craves to get back into skating, competitions, and traveling with fellow skating friends as a relief from her everyday grind of working alongside her abusive partner. When Anna finally decides that she must leave her husband and the rink after a spousal rape incident, a morbid chance encounter helps her find true love and end her marrage in a bloody way.
