Charlie is one of the 5 leading roles in Tumor. She is a troubled, lonely young girl. She has a big imagination, and that's what keeps her company other than her mother. Her best friend is her stuffed toy that she brings everywhere. In this scene, she walks to her apartment and rummages around her room; maybe one bus shot as well. This would most likely take half a night/day to film. There would be a voice-over, which would require a separate day ADR session for that.
