Clint is deeply traumatized and actively trying to confront the ugly mess of his family's past rather than run from it. He wears his wounds on his sleeve, literally and figuratively. He resents his older brother for leaving him behind, but still desperately seeks his validation. Requires an actor with immense emotional accessibility, capable of transitioning smoothly from quiet, internalized grief to defensive, explosive rage.
Special Note: The character is in the immediate aftermath of a suicide attempt. The actor must be comfortable wearing physical bandages/gauze on their wrists throughout production and engaging in a choreographed, highly emotional physical scuffle.
