It has dawned on me that this effort is really like a political campaign, trying to reach the masses of people that believe that they cannot afford to have their life planning documents done by a law firm. This ALP Campaign needs staffing, hopefully with people that have document assembly experience, and computer skills, who understand the need for breaking into new territory; in this case using a decentralized advertising effort to recruit customers for getting important documents like Wills, Powers of Attorney, Declarations of Guardianship, and the like for individuals and couples. Currently I am paying for employees’ membership in Texas Legal. One can quit Texas Legal at any time (though besides being a participating attorney, I have been a member of Texas Legal for years). If you join before the 25th of any month, your membership becomes effective on the 1st of the following month, and you can end the membership at any time.
