Localised Educational Videos Actor; UK & Ireland); Freelance

Position: Localised Educational Videos Actor (UK & Ireland) (Freelance) IXL Learning, developer of personalised learning products used by millions of people globally, is looking for camera-loving actors from the UK and Ireland to help us localise our video tutorials. In this role, you will self-tape video footage using provided scripts to teach students different educational concepts in maths or English. #LI-REMOTEThis is a 1099 consulting role.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGUsing pre-written scripts, self-tape short instructional videos for kids and teens; most videos will be a few minutes long and will consist of an on-screen portion and a voiceover portion.Shoot and act in your own videos to deliver clear, engaging, professional lessonsAdhere to video production guidelines and file specificationsFilm reshoots/rerecords when necessaryWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORAbility to record and produce very high-quality video footage of yourselfEngaging on-screen presence for audiences of little kids (ages 5-7), big kids and/or teensClear, effective presentation styleIf hired, you will be compensated with $100 or $150 USD (dependent on video length) upon delivery of each completed video.ABOUT IXL LEARNINGIXL Learning is the country’s largest EdTech company.
