We currently have an opening in our Customer Service department! This job includes helping folks place their orders, giving tips for leather care, handling returns and exchanges, and working with order writers and the shipping team to solve minor issues that pop up. The biggest goal of the customer service team is making sure that anyone interacting with the company is walking away with a positive experience.
