Our Portland Leather Goods team is made up of artists, painters, actors, woodworkers, teachers, writers, photographers, designers – unique individuals from all walks of life – working together to make high quality full-grain leather products for the masses! This job includes helping people place their orders, giving tips for leather care, handling returns and exchanges, and working with the shipping team to solve minor issues that pop up. The Customer Service team also helps with blog posts and copywriting so this is a great fit for aspiring writers! The biggest goal of the customer service team is making sure that anyone interacting with the company is walking away with a positive experience.
