“Miami Vice” Starring Michael B. Jordan Casting Call
Casting TaylorMade is casting background and specialty talent of all types for the upcoming Miami Vice movie, a 1980s period piece filming in Miami during winter 2026-2027. The production seeks real locals with big personalities and unique looks, including 1980s hairstyles, mustaches, classic and exotic vehicle owners, musicians, dancers, models, athletes, first responders, hospitality professionals, and Miami’s Cuban and Little Havana community.
Responsibilities:
Work as background or specialty talent on the Miami Vice movie.
Be available for filming during select weeks in December, January, and February, with filming days typically around 12 hours.
Attend a costume fitting expected at the end of October or beginning of November.
Requirements:
All roles and types welcome; no previous set experience required.
Men should stop cutting hair and let hair, mustaches, and sideburns grow naturally for the 1980s period look.
Vehicle owners of roughly 1960-1989 vehicles are encouraged to apply.
Must be comfortable with period wardrobe and bathing suits.
Compensation:
Filming rate: $212 for 12 hours.
Fitting rate: $50 for 3 hours.
Vintage vehicle bump: +$250 for 1960-1967 vehicles, +$200 for 1968-1989 vehicles.
