Our small commercial studio needs an adult with special skills to be its first parent. You'll scope things out at first so you'll be familiar with what's up in the ceilings, where the quirks are with the mechanical systems in the building and how we can monitor them, figure out the supply houses, and start working with the owners to figure out a plan to further fit out the space over time. Your work is mostly on the ground, however, where we'll also ask you to make sure there's plenty of consumables and that common surfaces stay as clean as we can reasonably keep them. Just be your authentic self and take charge of a really cool new space. We want everyone to miss the space when they're away from it.
