This program aims to provide litigation associates with substantial litigation skills to be successful associates at the firm. The program will consist of mock depositions conducted by the associates. Actors are asked to learn a case problem and attend the Deposition Training Program on Dec. 4 as the witness(es). All actors, including those who are understudies, should have a thorough understanding of the case and know the problems provided in the materials. All understudies must be thoroughly prepared and ready to go if the need arises, and for this reason, understudies are paid whether they perform or not.
