Model and Talent Agency Director

Responsibilities: • Oversee all daily operations of the agency and ensure objectives are met efficiently • Search for and book modeling and acting jobs for talent • Assist with lead generation and events alongside the Public Relations Director • Set appointments, interview, and sign new models and talent • Manage staff and workflow to maintain high performance and accountability • Collaborate with the Operations Manager on financials and agency/talent records • Ensure revenue goals are achieved and track performance against targets • Maintain a professional, values-driven, drama-free environment • Help grow the agency while protecting its standards and long-term vision • This is a leadership role requiring initiative, strategic thinking, and hands-on involvement. • This position is ideal for candidates who are invested in the agency’s long-term success and vision. Compensation: • Pay is hourly for at agency office hours and revenue percentage for scouting and booking. Hours: • This position is hybrid.
